Project Description
The UM Green Lights project involved coordination,
detailed audit and analysis of the lighting systems located within five of
the main University of Michigan Athletic facilities. These facilities consist
of over 670,000 square feet and consume over $1,000,000 of electrical energy
annually. The detailed analysis provided recommendations for the upgrade of
lighting systems totaling over $200,000 in construction costs and saving over
$36,000 annually in energy and maintenance costs.
