PETROLEUM REFINERY
Estimated Project Cost: $600,000
Project Description
The project involved the planning and design for replacing a 10,000-barrel petroleum slop tank. Relocation and containment area modifications were required to meet current regulations. The tank design featured an internal floating roof and an articulating floating discharge line. The tank installation plans included a cathodic corrosion protection system with a geo-synthetic (Claymax®) liner beneath the tank.
