Project Description
The project involved the planning, design and construction of 19,300 sq. ft. of new and 33,200 sq. ft. of renovated office and auxiliary space. The renovation included a new building entrance along with offices, conference rooms, cafeteria/meeting rooms and locker/toilet facilities. The existing building was demolished down to the main building structure and completely renovated including all utilities and heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems. The project was completed in three (3) phases to allow the Building Owner to relocate staff necessary to keep the facility open during construction.
