Hiring Qualification Process - Process Results, Inc.

The typical hiring qualification process that PRI goes through to qualify our engineering services and become an engineer of choice for our clients is the following:

1. PRI and potential client have initial meeting to discuss:

History of PRI
Experience level of PRI and key personnel that will be assigned to the project.
Discussion into current client projects and what the client is looking for (work with the client to address issues/not tell the client what to do).
PRI design fees and what they include (no hidden surprises).
PRI personnel to be assigned to the project and their qualifications.

2. Client usually invites PRI to bid on next project and/or gives PRI a purchase order for a small project to get an understanding of what PRI is all about.

3. PRI works through first project with client.

4. Client invites PRI to bid on additional projects and/or gives additional purchase orders.

The results of this process has lead to 95% of PRI’s clients are repeat customers.
