Project Description
The project involved the planning and detailed design for Diesel Emission Fluid (DEF) distribution infrastructure to deliver DEF to over 100 test cells. This project included process design, control system design, power design, and site containment. This design incorporated all of the client's existing infrastructure and was designed in accordance with the client's own site standard methods and procedures.
Scope of Work
- DEF unloading system.
- DEF storage tanks.
- Custom designed pumping/heating and cooling/filtration skid mounted equipment for each tank.
- Over 3,000 feet of stainless steel piping system to deliver DEF to all test cells.
- Electrical power and control design.
