Project Description
The CMP Plant Expansion project involved the planning,
design, installation, startup and project management of a plant expansion.
This expansion increased production and drumming of semi-conductor cleaning
slurry used in the electronic industry. The project also included new mix
tanks, filtration systems and drumming station. The design incorporated the
owner's requirements of specific material usage and semi-conductor manufacturer's
strict requirements to minimize validation.
