Project Description
The Clean Room Process
project involved the planning, design and cost estimation for a process to
prepare chemicals and to sequence a coating process. Modifications to existing
systems as well as a DI water system upgrade were required. The process included
automation of a detailed sequence to layer coat the product. This included
heating, rinsing and drying cycles. The automated clean-in-place (CIP) process
provided removal of chemical and biological contaminants.
