Project Description
The project involved
engineering services during the expansion of the Chelsea Wastewater Treatment
Plant to 1.8 MGD. Improvements consisted of a new oxidation ditch, clarifiers,
headworks and raw sewage pumping, ultraviolet disinfection, and sludge handling.
Additionally, a plantwide SCADA system was commissioned to enhance monitoring
and assist with NPDES reporting.
